From Silence to Storytelling

Lisa May LeBlanc grew up on a remote farm in rural Minnesota, the ninth of nine children in a home marked by poverty, isolation, and unspoken trauma. For decades, she believed her story wasn't worth telling. That changed when she discovered healing through neurofeedback therapy, professional mental health support, and the courageous act of breaking silence.

Today, Lisa lives in Calgary, Alberta with her husband and is a devoted mother of two adult daughters. As an author, speaker, and narrator, she dedicates her work to helping others understand the long-term impacts of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), recognize their own resilience, and discover that healing is possible.

"I spent most of my life thinking my story wasn't worth telling. Turns out, telling it was the thing that set me free."
